SlowBucks TV (Stand Up or Fall Back Issue)

Sometimes, love isn't enough. You can love something or someone with everything that you are but that alone isn't enough. More is usually required.

The same can be said of faith and music. The Bible says that faith without works is dead. Similarly enough music is the same way. You can be as talented as legends in the game but without the right assistance at key points or the right opportunities the next big step will be rather elusive. But one company is a part of facilitating that sort of assistance.

Allow me to introduce you to SlowBucks TV.

I know what you're thinking as you read this. Is SlowBucks TV an attempt to emulate or cash in on the social media craze that Facebook, Twitter, and the now nearly defunct MySpace enjoy (or enjoyed in the case of MySpace)?

It is not.

SlowBucks TV is something altogether different. What first impressed me was that this service, this platform is the brainchild of two individuals-Windsor "Slow" Lubin and Rodney "Bucks" Charlemagne. I was enthralled because both have their claims to fame in the music industry, whether it's serving as Senior VP of Skull Gang Entertainment (Bucks) or Marketing Consultant for Diplomat Records (Slow). That in and of itself

made me believe in their work.

But what are they doing?

I'm glad you asked.

Slowbucks TV provides a platform and will serve as the new mainstream muscle for musicians who have yet to showcase their talent.

The mission is to encourage untapped talent to introduce themselves to everyone through the worldwide web as well as enroll in forums that will provide tips for lacing tracks with tight lyrics, viewing inspirational reality shows developed by the site’s creators, and inviting web surfers to show support for artists on the rise.

But this kind of exposure isn't free.

With a minimal subscription fee of $99.99, members are allowed to sign up to the site and create a personalized page to post his/her music, a video, and one (1) photo onto his/her page. As the votes from fans start to pour in, the cream will rise to the top. Fans and members will have a voice by selecting his/her favorite artists.

Fans will be able to register for FREE. Through the social network of Slowbucks TV, members will have a direct connection with fans and more resources to learn from.

The result?

An increase in the artist's exposure.

Here's another impressive tidbit: unlike other social networking websites, SlowBucks TV offers an incentive to members with an artist development payout of $100k (quarterly) that will allow artist/artists to further nurture their careers while being in control creatively. With the quarterly payout, the winning member will be able to continue his/her career without compromising his/her art.

An additional reward system has been put into place as well. Lottery tickets with winnings from twenty cents to twenty thousand dollars will be administered to members AND fans who have been extremely active on SlowBucks TV.

The site was developed as a sensible structure void of corruption and artist exploitation. As major record labels start to consolidate and the worldwide exercises its’ infinite capabilities, Slowbucks TV is the lane for artists to lucratively network and mingle.

Besides the amazing structure, the machine of SlowBucks extends itself to Denver in search of the next great talent and the next great voice in this amazing genre.

If you're not intrested or as excited as I am, you're the one who's slow.
